Graphics Designer

A Graphics Designer is an elite creative tasked uniquely with crafting the absolute highest-quality visual branding elements, hyper-engaging thumbnails, immersive promotional material, and deep-level structural site assets purely on demand natively. These graphical assets directly support the Station team workflows securely and massively drive engagement during massive Radio events. A powerful, impossibly creative mindset alongside rapid-turnaround capabilities is heavily necessary to thrive here natively.

»You must be entirely able to generate a minimum of 2 high-fidelity graphical asset tickets per week accurately natively.
»You must be strictly at or above the age of 16.
»You must natively own and be completely proficient within industry-grade professional creative software environments (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
»You must possess an innate modern design aesthetic explicitly familiar with dynamic glassmorphism and clean premium typographies natively.
»You must gracefully accept brutal creative feedback iteratively from the Leadership teams.

Station Presenter

A Station Presenter is the fundamental core and public voice of GreenLight. Station Presenters are responsible for maintaining high-energy listener engagement throughout the day by hosting structurally immersive competitions, flawlessly taking on-air requests and shoutouts, and dynamically curating the freshest hit playlists. You will be the defining personality representing the station globally on your schedule. If you have an unbridled passion for broadcasting, engaging crowds, and discovering music, this is your definitive role.

»You must be able to confidently present a minimum of 2 slots (hours) per week consistently.
»You must be strictly at or above the age of 16.
»You must be exceptionally confident, extremely charismatic, and willing to speak professionally in front of a vastly large global audience stream.
»You must be fully willing and capable of playing a massive variety of music genres, adapting seamlessly to the listener's mood and external requests.
»You must natively own a completely clear, high-quality working microphone free from background static and disturbances.
»You are strictly required to use broadcasting software efficiently (e.g. BUTT, OBS, SAM Broadcaster).
»You must ensure your internet connection is permanently stable to prevent stream dropouts.
»You must have a secure, active Discord account to engage with Management and Community members.
»You must be aware that this is a non-paying voluntary role.

A Content Reporter is exclusively responsible for actively drafting and publishing premium-quality articles to the GreenLight site. These articles are fundamentally required to contain a deeply curated variety of topics ranging from GreenLight ecosystem news, structural affiliate news, massive industry updates, or trending music-related gossip. You must keep the core community and massive external audiences entirely updated with the absolute latest news immediately as it occurs. If you maintain a relentless passion for journalism and writing, the Content Reporter is the ultimate role.

»You must be capable of drafting, editing, and releasing a minimum of 2 extensive articles per week natively.

A Community Moderator strictly executes and enforces the uncompromising safety, terms, and behavioral guidelines of GreenLight across all interaction platforms globally. This specifically includes our massive Discord server alongside the main platform feeds. You are the structural frontline protection mechanism ensuring our tight-knit community fundamentally remains completely free of toxicity, exploits, and negative actors. This requires an analytical, calm, and deeply mature psychological threshold.

»You must be able to seamlessly contribute a minimum of 4 strictly active hours per week actively monitoring the grids.

»You must completely understand basic and advanced moderation toolkits dynamically mapping logs effectively.
»You must natively maintain impossibly high conflict-resolution skills, de-escalating scenarios rather than triggering them.
